IT Portfolio & Programme Management

Governing large IT portfolios from intake through delivery — prioritisation frameworks, budget control, dependency management, RAID, and executive reporting. Built and ran a large IT portfolio at MAN Truck & Bus SE, coordinating across a global automotive IT organisation under TRATON group governance standards. Deep experience with the structures that large corporate IT departments actually run on — intake criteria, committee reporting, change control, escalation paths — not just what the textbooks describe.

Business Intelligence & Data Analytics

Turning operational and project data into decision-ready intelligence for leadership. Proficient across the full BI stack — from data modelling and ETL pipelines to dashboard design and executive storytelling. Holds the Google Business Intelligence Professional Certificate. Has delivered Power BI environments used directly by CIO-level audiences, accelerating executive decision cycles by 40%. The work is about what leaders can decide with the output, not how impressive the tooling looks.

Machine Learning & Applied Data Science

Applying ML techniques to real operational problems — predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, classification, and regression modelling. Python-based, with a focus on deployable, interpretable models that produce actionable outputs rather than academic experiments. A CS background (BSc Computer Science) combined with hands-on manufacturing and operations experience provides practical grounding in where ML actually adds value versus where it adds complexity.

Enterprise Platform Implementation

Full lifecycle implementations across ServiceNow (ITSM) and LeanIX (Enterprise Architecture) — data migration, process redesign, vendor management, and user adoption. Ran concurrent product ownership across both platforms while maintaining a live ITSM environment used across a major European automotive manufacturer. The platform knowledge goes beyond PM: understanding how these systems are configured, integrated, and operated enables better decisions earlier in the lifecycle.

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

Designing and embedding governance structures that hold up in complex corporate environments — intake criteria, escalation paths, compliance frameworks, and operating models aligned to group standards. At MAN/TRATON, maintained full compliance across a multi-country IT organisation operating under group-level scrutiny. The experience covers both framework design and the organisational work of making it stick across teams that didn't choose it.
